Absolute Employment

We believe that Absolute Employment is the widest and most forgiving policy wording on the market since there is no ‘prospects test’ for employment claims. This means the client is entitled to representation even when an unintended error has threatened their chances of a successful defence. Absolute premiums are a bit higher because the policy meets more claims than others do, but solicitors favour the policy as they avoid arguments of prospects and the policy ‘does what it says on the tin.’
