We advocate that unless the legal expenses insurance states who is the approved provider of professional advice it’s probably not worth the paper it is written on and so our standalone employment insurance is usually the only employment insurance any employer will ever need - meaning employers can work with their own choice of HR professional all the way to trial if need be – and that any large Tribunal awards will not impact on the client’s other insurance premiums. We offer our business partners a complete alignment of interest – unless we help to you win the business we cannot earn a living!

Unoccupied Property Insurance
Watchman, the market-leading unoccupied property insurance for UK solicitors, is a specialist policy featuring a wide standard of cover (including subsidence-subject to postcode) with more sympathetic policy terms that recognise the difficulties probate lawyers face. It is not available to the general public for whom we may offer different insurance solutions.
Litigation Insurance - ATE (after the event)
Brian Dunk and Randolph Murray were original pioneers in the emerging ATE insurance market in the 1990’s and we have seen the number of available policies and funding options increase exponentially in the last few years. As a consequence we feel lay-clients as well as their solicitors need specialist advice on all of the funding options open to them.
We have partnered with Client Care Options to provide insurance in support of a fee-based advisory service for clients and law firms. Client Care is dedicated to finding the right combination of funding and insurance for the specific litigation needs presented for each client.
Fee Protect
The Tax Fee Protection Insurance Policy from Fee Protect covers your accountancy costs should your business be subject to an HMRC Enquiry or dispute. It is sometimes also referred to as Tax Investigation Insurance.
