Our insurance is effective because of two key factors. The first is that it is pre-agreed whose advice will be accepted and on what terms the solicitor will be paid and the second is that our expertly worded policies are designed to deny insurance companies wriggle room to get out of claims. Our policies can be trusted to work as intended.
Provided we can agree terms for claims handling with the solicitor in advance and the client understands they must always take and follow the named firms professional advice, then they can use our policies without a fixed retainer.
